Wood Pellet Distribution Company to Build in Suffield January 2005 - Macs Land Company LLC has been approved to construct a 13,780 s.f. warehouse facility at 10 Winter Drive in the New England Business Center. The building will be occupied by Burn Time Enterprises, LLC, a distributor of wood pellets for wood-burning stoves. Businesses already located in the New England Business Center include Teleflex Fluid Systems and A.B. Massa, a specialty paper company.
