Town Hall - The Town Hall, located on Mountain Road, is a focal point for the community. Important town business is conducted here nearly every day of the year. The First Selectman, elected by the people, leads the town staff in providing local services. Several Boards and Commissions meet at the Town Hall helping to forge the direction of the community. Symbolically, a weather vane featuring an eagle, sits atop the Town Hall. Suffield's land records and other important documents are catalogued and stored here. The Town Hall was completed in 1962 under the supervision of First Selectman Francis Leahey and the Building Committee chaired by Thomas F. Gallivan Jr. It was designed by Keith Sellers Heine, Architect, and built by John Romano Construction Company.
