Board of Assessment Appeals (BAA)
Taxpayers may appeal their assessment by filing a written application for a hearing on or before February 20th.  Applications for appeal may be obtained from the Assessor or click here to download the Appeals application form. For tax appeals on Motor Vehicles click here for an application form.

Superior Court
A taxpayer may appeal a BAA decision to the superior court of the judicial district in which the person's property is subject to taxation, within 2 months of the date the BAA mails a notice of its decision.
