Board of Assessment Appeals (BAA)
Taxpayers may appeal their assessment by filing a written application for a hearing on or before February 20th.  Applications for appeal may be obtained from the Assessor.

Superior Court
A taxpayer may appeal a BAA decision to the superior court of the judicial district in which the person's property is subject to taxation, within 2 months of the date the BAA mails a notice of its decision.
