The Town of Suffield, in partnership with Invoice Cloud, is excited to offer residents an easy and secure way to view, print and pay their Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle and Sewer bills online. Please note that when paying Motor Vehicle bills online it may take up to 3 business days for clearance at the DMV office!
Online Bill Payment Offers the Following Benefits

- Pay with electronic check, credit & debit cards. The Town receives only the bill payment. You have the option to pay immediately, schedule a payment or sign up for Auto-Pay
Convenience Fees (Non-Refundable)
(Please be very careful when entering your account information. If you make an error in entering your information, you will be notified within days that your payment can't be processed and you will be charged $15 per check)
The convenience fee when using ACH transfer (electronic check) is $.95 for Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle and Motor Vehicle Supplement bills (Tax Collector bills). You can pay Sewer and Sewer Assessment bills via an electronic check for $.95 as well (Sewer bills). The Tax Department and Sewer Department are considered as separate entities when paying online. If you are paying a Tax bill and a Sewer bill via an electronic check, you will be charged $.95 for the Tax Collector bill and $.95 for the Sewer bill.
The convenience fee when using a Credit Card/Debit Card to pay any Tax Collector bill is a percentage rate fee of 2.95% with a minimum charge of $1.95. The convenience fee amount is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing. When paying a Sewer bill via Credit Card/Debit Card, a flat fee of $8.95 will be charged as a convenience fee. Convenience fees will appear as a separate charge from your bill amount on your bank or credit card statement. If there is an error in the Credit Card charge, please contact Invoice Cloud at (877) 256 8330 x2700.
If you are notified that there was a problem processing your payment online do not, for any reason, attempt to pay online again without the assistance of Invoice Cloud. It is imperative you call Invoice Cloud for further assistance.

No delinquent Trash bills can be paid online.

In the month of July and the first week of August, we will not be able to assist you with instructions on paying online due to long lines in the office.
